How the Waitpool Works

Entering the waitpool does not guarantee placement for the 2026-2027 school year. Classroom placement depends on age, student birthdays, required rations, and aftercare needs. Families in the waitpool will receive communication in late January through early February once registration for current families is complete. If your child is offered a spot, you will receive a registration link and will have 48 hours to complete the enrollment process. Tours for the next school year begin in October, and families are strongly encouraged to tour before January since registration invitations have a very short response window.
